Even though it is a beautiful book, most of the recipes are either too time consuming or too difficult. Not for the impulsive cook who wants to make a quick dessert.

If you have a special occassion and follow ther recipe in order, after gathering ingredients, I found the recipes to turn out excellent. It is not for a noovice baker
