Even though it is a beautiful book, most of the recipes are either too time consuming or too difficult. Not for the impulsive cook who wants to make a quick dessert.

This book was okay. Some interesting desserts. some complicated some not so much. But there's a LOT of Desaulniers voice here so you'd better like him a lot if you buy this book.
