This is my go-to ice cream recipe book. People rave about how great my ice cream is. This is why. Very simple recipes but great taste and texture and very simple to make. I have quiet a few ice cream recipe books and will probably buy more, but I will always come back to this book. I make the Chocolate Truffle Ice Cream with Dutch Processed cocoa powder from Penzeys. My friends have renamed it, "Weak in the Knees Chocolate Ice Cream". It is that good. The Pumpkin Ice Cream rivals cheesecake. The Lemon Ice Cream has a bright, clean flavor. I think I go make some now...
