Bert Greene's Kitchen Bouquets

I've used this cookbook for years, and it's never failed to please me with its delicious and aromatic recipes that burst with flavor. What a pleasure to read, too! Anything I use from this book always gets rave reviews at my dinner table and people beg for the recipes. Bert Greene is extraordinarily talented in the kitchen from watching his grandmother and aunts, then later on his friends' cooking. His style is hard to beat. What a truly wonderful and delightful book! It's a hit out of the ballpark with these recipes. I've since kept my own vanilla flavoring from his suggestions. Thank you Bert!
