I have a few other books by Linda Collister and like her style of writing. She offers diferent recipes from the usual and her instructions are clear. This one "Flavored Breads" will really add to your baking repertoire. I liked the vegetable options, the spelt bread, but my favourite was the focaccia with cherry tomatoes and basil. I would definitely recommend this cookbook.
