Cucina Del Mare

This is one of those books that are easily passed up when confronted with so many choices. I got it this year because we give up meat every year for Lent and only eat seafood for the 6 weeks. Very happy with this book. The recipes are consistently good and none are too fussy. (We do cook A LOT so not too fussy for us may be very fussy for others) However, I am a single dad, the principal of a very active school, and have a 12 year old boy that keeps me busy. Still, I had time in the evenings to pull many of the recipes off during the week. This is not a pretty book or even particularly interesting as a read, but as a specific kitchen resource it rates very well.
