I love this book. Tuna Chermoula, Tumbet, Spinach with Chickpeas,Chicken with lemon, garlic and black olive puree, Stracotto, all are favourites with my family - including 2 school age kids. Sophie is a delight to read, the photos are inspiring, and her recipies are simple and delicious. This book is a valuable part of my cook book library.
