I got this book as a gift. To be honest, I don't have a strong opinion on the book. I just want to provide a warning to people interested that some of the ingredients are hard to find, especially if you don't live in a big city. Also, some of the measurements used are not what most American cookbooks would have. For example, one recipe has the amount of flour needed in ounces rather than cups.
