I am British....maybe that's why I love this book, and Nigella, who makes baking simple and an aspiration here. It's a collection of recipies, easily arranged by category, Fruited Cakes, Chocolate, Christmas, made as easy as pie! Weird? Maybe. Delicious? Definately.
