This is an amazing book. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous and the food tastes as delicious as it looks. I've cooked several of the dishes and all are user friendly. The best part is that the food actually looks like the picture. We had a dinner party for some foodie friends and cooked all of the dishes from the book--everyone raved. I can't wait to try them all! I buy some cookbooks that I look at it, but don't cook from. This is one that definitely gets used.
