The landlocked nation of Nepal is tucked into the Himalayan Mountains between India and China (Tibet). The adventurous home chef will be tempted to try Goat Curry (Khasi-Boka ko Maasu) and Sun-Dried Fish with Tomato Chutney (Golbheda ra Sidra Maacha).
