    This is one of the best baking cookbooks I've ever owned. It's very clear, concise, and easy to follow. I don't know why others have found it complicated. The recipes are wonderful. Wish I'd had this cookbook when I first started out!

    The stacking the cookie sheets ,one on top of the other when backing cookies was not explained or shown how at all. It seemed like it was to complicated for a regular cook. The whole book seemed to complicated to me. Seemed like it was more for a professional chief or cook.
