Reading my daughter's copy. Will definitely order my own today. Especially like that it omits so many bad foods while showing foods that are much healthier yet, flavorful and not more expensive. Wish I had found this 2009 version sooner, but I am going to buy the 2012 copy today. I'm turning 65 this month and know it's not too late to improve our health! Marie M.
