i have been using the for original bloodroot cookbooks for years and now they have been indexed into two volumes- which simplifies the process of finding their recipes. these are my favorite vegetarian cookbooks and i use them nearly every week. i am lucky enough to live near enough to the restaurant to sample the food and when i like or love it, which is often, and i can usually find the recipe and make it at home too.
