I have made 5 recipes so far from this book. Everyone I tried them on has loved every one! Hard to choose what to make next. The recipes are tasty without being rich or heavy and the ingredients are fairly healthy too. The writing style is informative and enjoyable. I like that is alphabetically arranged by vegetable and has some history and growing/harvesting information on each too -- without going overboard. Very readable and enjoyable cookbook.
