Classic Italina Cooking is the product of a lifetime's learning. Valentina's first lessons in cooking came from her mother whilst growing up in Tuscany, but she was also heavily influenced by Beppino, a chef and family friend. He taught her the basic principles of food preparation and imparted to her an appreciation of the journey of food from land to plate. Valentina's childhood experiences in Tuscany, and later at chef school in Rome, have led to a long and lasting love affair with the Italian way of life and its remarkable cuisine.
