Per the previous reviewer's questions--None of the breads are left out overnight. They're all refrigerated to use the next day for best results, but can be used the same day or can keep refrigerated up to as much as 2 weeks, depending. It's so easy to do bread this way, spreading out the work over time. It doesn't have a ciabatta recipe, but most everything else. It's all about whole grains--good for health and dieting.
