Diminutive hardcover book but w/some good recipes. Most are yeast breads, not all. I made the stuffed bread balls shown on cover, excellent. You can change up the fillings. Also has focaccia and an easy, non-yeast quick appetizer bite-sized "breads" you can season w/some fresh chopped herbs, or scallions, chives, etc...you use a small biscuit-type cutter about 2 to 3" in diameter to make cut-outs in the rolled dough, bake 8 mins, serve with wine and/or sliced meats & cheese. Recommended.
