This is one inspiring book. If you have ever been to San Francisco and eaten at Tartine you will have already purchased this book, if you haven't you should. Just the idea about baking bread in the lidded cast iron pot is worth it. I tried it and it works like a charm. This is not a book for a quick recipe, however. This is slow cooking at it's best. Enjoy
