For banana lovers only! I never realized there were so many types of bananas! Just wonderful and different recipes in here. How about pork tenderloin with glazed baby bananas, or frozen caramel-banana cream pie? Banana clafouti is easy and presents beautifully. Want to try some banana-kiwi salsa? Great on fish! There are even some recipes for plantains, a banana cousin. Each level of ripeness will give a plantain a quite different flavor and usage. Very interesting vegetable-type fruit. All in all, this book is very good with just tons of great, basic or unusual recipes to try.
