One Our most memorable meals was at Campton Place. Therefore I really was excited to purchase Chef Humm's first cookbook. Beautiful pictures but not adapted for the home cook as advertised. I've used French Laundry, Daniel Boulud, Michael Mina....But come on these recipes, products and equipment needed are impossible for the home chef.... Coffee Table Book Phil Gambucci Sedona AZ
