This delicious new cookbook, filled with everyone's favorite breakfast and brunch comfort food dishes, is all about the first meal of the day: Stacks of fluffy buttermilk pancakes, raised Belgian waffles with strawberries and whipped ream, cheesy omelets and quiches, and flaky biscuits with sausage gravy. There's also an entire section on favorite morning drinks. In addition, signature dishes from favorite breakfast and brunch restaurants from around the country are featured, such as Crab Eggs Benedict from Portage Bay Cafe in Seattle, pecan caramel rolls from Hell's Kitchen in Minneapolis and BBQ shrimp and grits from the Ruby Slipper Cafe in New Orleans.
