While I am not a big fan of Raichlen's, this book isn't bad if you have tastes for the exotic in BBQ. If you want simple, normal BBQ, this is not the book And Jerry...this is a BBQ book, NOT a grilling book. You live in El Paso...you should have a fajita recipe down by heart.
