A freelance food consultant and an acclaimed radio personality, Marilyn Harris has an education in food and solid credentials as an advanced food professional by the International Association of Culinary Professionals. Noted for her inventiveness and subtle sense of flavors, she has studied at the Cordon Bleu School in London and La Varenne and Bistro d'Hubert academies in Paris, and with chefs in Lyon. She is also widely known as an outstanding teacher in her own right. She founded the Fourth Street Market Cooking School at H&S Pogue's in Cincinnati and through these classes has instructed thousands of students since 1986.
