This is a wonderful cookbook. I have another cookbook by her but this is the best. She explains everything clearly and her recipes are easy to follow and are delicious. I was in the Abruzzi region and their style of cooking is wonderful. I was very happy to get this book.

I was disappointed with this book. I think the author misleads the reader becaue her background is not common. Most people in this area do not have maids. Nor do they means to some of these food products. I was also disppointed by how she has altered some of the recipes. They seem less then traditional.
