Christophe Megel, the award winning chef of Ritz Carlton, Millenia, lived in the United States, Korea and Japan for many years before moving to Singapore. Of French nationality, he has 20 years culinary experience and is a master in blending contemporary influences with classical cuisine. He has worked with the legendary Alain Ducasse at the world-renowned three-Michelin star Le Louis XV. In 2002, Megel was named executive chef of the year during the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence.
Anton Kilayko is the spokesman and director of public relations at the celebrated Ritz Carlton, Millenia, Singapore. Born in the Philippines, he attended hotel school in Switzerland and lived in Spain and Mexico before moving to Singapore.
