Ditto to the previous comment--this book also made me dig out my slow cooker and start using it again. Everything I've made from it has been easy and delicious. Well-organized with easy-to-follow recipes, this is not just another slow cooker cookbook chock full of pot roast recipes (although it does have some great recipes for that, as well). Cheers to Beth Hensperger for yet another great cookbook!
