This is a great cookbook for the beginner and as the name implies the “Gas Grill Gourmet”. I have used the original 1996 Gas Grill Gourmet since it came out. I bought this Updated expanded “New GGG” a couple of months ago and this time I got it in hardcover. This book will help people who are switching from charcoal to gas and those who have used gas for years. It is a handy reference for cooking times and it is easy to use. I cook with a gas grill – charcoal grill – wood burning smoker. I own about 20 grill and smoker cookbooks – from James Beard, Bobby Flay, Steve Raichlen, Jamison/Jamison, Weber, etc. This is a must have for aspiring gas grillers.
