Grown in Sulawesi, Indonesia, this is a bold, full-bodied coffee from an area known for their complex coffees. Similar to Sumatran in its origin and sweet cocoa notes, this is a darker, richer roast. Sulawesi coffee has a wide range of flavors revealing themselves in layers: a fruity top note with hints of cherry and chocolate; and a musky bottom note. It takes milk well, making it both an excellent breakfast and after-dinner coffee. Roasted on the darker side, this is a glorious, aromatic roast.

Coffee will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays via Priority Mail as we don't want your coffee to sit somewhere over a weekend. Freshness is important to us!
