Origin: Java Kayumas Estate

The best Javanese coffee is grown on four government estates. We are presenting one of those, grown in East Java in the vicinity of the Ijen Volcanic complex. This is a smooth-bodied Indonesian coffee without the earthy muskiness associated with the other Indonesian coffees. This is a bright coffee with a delicate, snappy acidity and a sweet, complex aroma. Our roaster says it tastes creamy—an ideal dessert coffee.

Coffee will be shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays via Priority Mail as we don't want your coffee to sit somewhere over a weekend. Freshness is important to us!
