This book is incredible! I made the most delicious chocolate cake, and my guests didnt know the difference until i told them. was also great for my daughter's birthday party - we made vegan cupcakes as some of her friends are dairy intolerant - again, everyone loved them and no one was the wiser. the book is very easy to use. i have bought it for all of my friends. I bought this book after taking a class with Fran Costigan in New York City. She was a great teacher, and like her class, the book gives in a clear and thoughtful way, amazing recipes. they are healthy but taste incredible. I normally love the "real" stuff, but this book has converted me - i love it.
