Oliver's best book. So many of the recipes are family traditions already. His tuna meatballs are fantastic, the anchovy/sage frito misto is great, the stuffed porkchops are to die for and easy to do mid week, and vanilla icecream with olive oil and sea salt is not to be missed. We have made just about every recipe in the book and have not been disappointed. O.K.... He is occasionally a little more Jamie than Italian, but he is usually right on the money when flavor is concerned. Highly recommended
