This is a really good insight into the way Mark Bittman cooks, it's fast, easy, delicious. Every recipe was a winner, he is clearly an inspiration. I would have liked a more visual presentation. The recipes are easy to imagine, but it is reassuring when it looks like the book! That's why its 4 and not 5 stars. But you can't fault the content and his style of writing, no nonsense, straightforward, realistic. I will be buying more of his books.
