This is a fabulous cookbook. This approach to cooking is so refreshing. Every recipe is fantastic in this book. Stephane Reynaud is a talented chef and I have visited his restaurants in France which are also exceptional.

I tried a few recipes from this book and they were really delicious. I especially liked his grandmother's recipe for roast pork: the sauce was delectable and the vegetables were perfectly done. The recipe for pork braised in milk is great too.
