Return Policy
Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return merchandise for a refund, replacement or exchange for the following reasons:
- 1. The item was damaged during shipping. We will replace the item free of charge.
- 2. The item is defective in some way. We will replace the item free of charge.
- 3. You were sent the wrong item. (i.e. not the item you ordered) Please contact us to make arrangements to have the correct item sent to you.
- 4. You simply are not happy with or do not want the book. In this case the book must be returned in its original condition. You will be refunded via the same method you used to pay for the order. *Please note that if you are returning a book or books for this reason and the order shipped with Free Standard Delivery, the returned items no longer qualify for Free Standard Delivery. For the first book returned $3.99 will be deducted from the refund amount and for each additional books 99 cents will be deducted.
We will refund the USPS Media Mail shipping costs incurred in returning books to us only if the wrong books were shipped to you or if you received damaged merchandise, AND you want an identical replacement.
Please note that merchandise must be packed securely to avoid damage during shipping. Please also note that we reserve the right to reject the return of merchandise for refund if the merchandise is not returned in salable condition due to use and/or inadequate packing. For shipping purposes, exchanges are treated as new orders so new shipping charges do apply to the exchange order.
For orders of multiple copies of the same book please note that if you return 4 or more copies of the same book you will receive 50% of the book price.
Return Instructions
Complete and enclose the return form on the back of your white packing slip. This tells us why you’re returning the books and what action you would like us to take.
If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper to be included with your return and send the package via USPS Media Mail to the following address:

Refund Policy and Procedures
If you request a refund, your refund will be issued in the same form of payment as the one used in your original order. In the case of a check, your refund check will be issued and sent to the billing address given on your original order. In the case of a credit card, credit will be issued back to the same credit card account number used in your original order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing
